We supply and install a new filter each quarter to maintain airflow, improve air quality, and prevent system strain.
Safety checks include non-invasive visual and functional checks of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, GFCI outlet testing, visible plumbing leaks, water heater exterior inspection, handrail stability, trip hazards, roof inspection, ventilation airflow check, and general inspection of the property for hazards and potential concerns.
We remove failed caulk and apply fresh sealant around windows, doors, and wet areas to stop moisture intrusion, mold, and wood rot.
Includes standard residential driveway or patio surface cleaning up to 500 square feet. Additional areas may be considered upon request. Larger areas may be serviced at a discounted rate for maintenance plan clients.
Includes labor for installation of homeowner-provided devices such as doorbells, thermostats, locks, cameras, and other smart home equipment. We handle Hardware setup and Wifi connection to ensure reliable automation.
